Endorsed by nationally acclaimed pro-life organizations, the National Right to Life and Susan B. Anthony List, Jonathan Paton has a solid pro-life record and believes in protecting life from beginning to end.
He has voted for legislation that bans partial-birth abortion in Arizona, establishes a waiting period for an abortionand requires parental consent for a minor seeking an abortion.
“Protecting the rights of the unborn has always been a legislative priority of mine, and I will continue to lead on pro-life issues when I go to Congress” states Paton.
Jonathan Paton’s opponent for the CD1 seat in Congress, Ann Kirkpatrick, has a record of siding with abortion lobbyists at EMILY’s List and Planned Parenthood . During her time in Congress, Kirkpatrick voted for the largest expansion of taxpayer funded abortions through the pro-abortion health care law and for expanded federal funding of Planned Parenthood. (Title X) In response to her pro-abortion position, Kirkpatrick has been strongly endorsed by EMILY’s List, NARALand the National Organization for Women. They have raised tens ofthousands of dollars for her campaign.
